For optimal results, use Activator with Booster as a two-step system. Activator helps clean and condition plant surfaces, supporting better contact and uptake of nutrients in the Booster. Together, they work in harmony to promote plant vitality.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• Proof of purchase (receipt, order number, or confirmation email) is required

• Only purchases made from our official website or authorized retailers are eligible

How to Initiate a Return:

• Email us at info@safegrowsolutions.com with your order number and reason for return

• We’ll respond with return instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed (excluding shipping costs)

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

• Gift cards, promotional items, or limited-time offers

Shipping & Delivery: We offer shipping within Canada, and internationally. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are provided at checkout. While we strive to deliver orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Shipping Within Canada: We offer standard and expedited shipping options across Canada. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

​International Shipping: We offer standard and expedited shipping internationally, we will provide a custom quote for larger orders through DHL.  

​Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Orders may qualify for free shipping based on ongoing promotions or minimum purchase thresholds.

​Tracking Your Order: Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.

​Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, or if you believe your package is lost, contact us at info@safegrowsolutions.com and we’ll assist you promptly.

​Damaged Packages:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
